The health of all of our quests is extremely important to us. Therefore we require proof of vaccinations from your veterinarian for the following. There will be no exceptions: Canine:          DHLP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza) - annual.                         Parvovirus - annual booster.                         Bordatella - booster every 6-12 month.                        Rabies - booster every 1-3 years. (Not required for puppies under 16 weeks.) Feline:           FVR-CP [feline distemper] -  annual boosters                         (feline viral rhinotrachetis, calicivirus,  panleukopenia)                        Rabies and FIP is optional. Please be sure to ask your vet to give you proof of all immunizations well ahead of time.  We prefer a photocopy of your pet s vaccination record so that we can keep this for our records. IN ORDER TO PROTECT YOUR PET, BOUQUET CANYON KENNELS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PETS WITHOUT THEIR REQUIRED VACCINATIONS!!!   Pets must be in good health. Should your pet become ill, we will try to notify you and your veterinarian immediately. We reserve the right to place your pet in the care of a licensed veterinarian if necessary. Expenses will be billed to the owner. In order to keep our kennels sanitary, all pets must be clean and free of fleas and ticks at the time of admittance. If necessary, pets will be bathed and the charges will be billed to the pet owner.
